Start Slow but Finish Fast

Friday Jan 19^th

Today every group went through there project and did their finishing touches before presentations with the rest of our class, some of the professors we worked with this week and some Cardiff Met students who wandered into the lab. The first group; Teri, McKenna, Aleisha and Kristin, created a racing game, that was based off of points with a handful of different levels and different characters for each level. The second group; Andrew G., Andrew P., Kathleen and Elisha, created a racing game based off of Tron and tried to implement a 1^st person point of view for each racer, like that of Mario Cart, and they had a good amount of powerups to pickups during the race. The third group; Pete, Boa and Colleen, created a mini golf game that used the mouse as the club. Then my group went; Maddy, Drew and I, we created a soccer game that is based off of score. The last group; Alex, Chad, Scott and Ji, created a racing game with a few different levels, characters and powerups.

After presentations, to celebrate the end of our project we went out to a steak house for dinner at Steak of the Art. The food and atmosphere at this place was awesome, it was really fun to enjoy this awesome food with everyone.
