Finishing up at Cardiff Met

Today was similar to most of our other work days, as we ate breakfast at the hostel then headed over to Cardiff Met to work on our projects in the Gaming Lab.  With a day left before presenting, most of the teams hustled to create the last few features of their games.  Although it was a bit stressful, overall it was a productive day.  Most projects were just about finished, with maybe some minor finishing touches left to attend to before presentations.

After spending most of the day in the lab, many of us relaxed for the night to rest our brains after coding all day. A large group of us decided to head to Elevens Bar & Grill, named after Welsh soccer star Gareth Bale's number, for dinner.  Although they served classic pub food, like burgers and pizza, it was still delicious.  While we were eating, a sport called "snooker" was being shown on the TV, which was confusing to say the least, but entertaining as well.  More students joined the group at Elevens after dinner to hang out and figure out the rules to snooker.

We're excited and ready to finish and share our projects!
