A wet day
Today was a work day at Cardiff Met. It was also a rainy (and windy) day in Cardiff. That meant that I planned to take the bus from my hostel to the university, but, unfortunately, things did not go according to plan.
This plan, which was to take the 122 bus to Cardiff Met, was foiled when seven separate busses failed to show up at the bus stop. This seemed strange to me, so, I waited for five minutes, but no busses showed up. I was then forced to resort to my only other method of transportation, walking.
The walk through the rain was...well...wet. Since I had not planned on walking, I was not wearing waterproof shoes. Luckily, however, I did have the umbrella that my parents were kind enough to buy for me for this trip. Thanks mom and dad! This kept me somewhat dry and after 30 minutes of walking I made it to Cardiff Met, half lake and half desert.
The rest of my day was spent indoors working hard at making a racing game with a gaming engine. Also, here is a picture of a cool looking dragon.
